How can I order Doctor Mi! products?
- Select your favorite items and add them to the shopping cart. To place your order, go to your shopping cart and then proceed to checkout.
- Log in with your credentials, register as a new customer (create an account), or order as a guest.
- Enter address, preferred shipping method, and payment
As a new customer:
Enter your billing and shipping address and choose the shipping method or select pick-up at the Dermatologie am Friedensengel practice.
Select one of the available payment methods.
As an existing customer:
You can log into your customer account and order using your most recently saved details (billing and shipping address as well as payment method)
or
use the express checkout with ShopPay, GPay, PayPal, or amazonpay. - If you would like to redeem a voucher, you can do so in the final step of the order process by entering the voucher code. Once successfully entered, your voucher value will be deducted and the total amount payable will be updated automatically.
- In the final order step, you can review all details in the order summary once more and make any necessary corrections.
- Complete the order by clicking the "Pay now" button. Please note that subsequent changes are unfortunately not possible for technical reasons.
Is there a minimum order value for purchases in the Doctor Mi online shop?
No, there is no minimum order value in the Doctor Mi! online shop.
We offer free shipping on orders of 50€ or more; for orders under 50€, shipping costs within Germany are 3.95€ (for shipping costs outside of Germany, please click here.)
For voucher promotions that are tied to a minimum order value, please refer to the respective terms and conditions of the promotion.
How can I check my order status?
As soon as your order is ready for shipment, you will receive an email from us containing a tracking link. You can easily use this to track the status of your shipment. Furthermore, as a registered customer, you can view the current status of your order at any time in your customer account. To do so, please log in to your customer account.
Which payment methods are available?
We currently offer the following payment methods: payment by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, and AMEX), PayPal, Google Pay, invoice via Klarna, and instant payment via Klarna. You can find details regarding the individual payment methods in our T&Cs.
How will my order be shipped?
We typically hand your order over to our shipping partner DHL on the same day; the delivery time is generally 2-4 working days. You can find the exact delivery times for Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and internationally here.
Within Switzerland, your order will be delivered via "A-Post".
Where can I have my order delivered?
You can have your order delivered to your home, but of course also to a delivery address that differs from the billing address or to a Packstation.
Are international deliveries possible?
We ship to the following countries: Germany, European Union, the rest of Europe, and overseas. You can find the respective shipping costs in our terms and conditions.
What are the shipping costs and delivery times?
We offer free shipping on orders of €50.00 or more within Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Shipping costs within Germany are €3.95. Shipping costs for deliveries to Austria are €9.90 and to Switzerland are €16.50 (incl. postage and customs).
For shipping to other countries and the rest of Europe, a flat rate of €10.95 per order is charged.

How do I receive a discount code?
We regularly run special promotions throughout the year, such as offering a discount or a voucher code for your order. How can I purchase a gift card?
You can conveniently purchase gift cards in our online shop: there are four voucher amounts available: 50 euros, 100 euros, 150 euros, and 200 euros. Select your desired voucher amount and add it to your shopping cart. The ordering process is the same as for our other products.
You will receive your personal voucher code at the email address used for the order. This can be used in the order in the gift card or discount code field.

How can I register in the Doctor Mi! online shop?
To create a customer account in the Doctor Mi! online shop, please open the account section and click on "Create account". Then enter your first and last name as well as your email address and set a password. By clicking "Create" again, your customer account will be created.
In a final step, please activate your account via the link in the email we have sent you.
What are the benefits of registering in the online shop?
The personal "My Account" area makes shopping in the Doctor Mi! online shop easier:

Forgot your password? Here is how you can easily reset it.

What makes Doctor Mi! products so unique?
All of our Doctor Mi products are consistently backed by science from the earliest development phase to the finished formula. Extensive clinical tests prove that the effectiveness of our products clearly stands out from that of other medical skincare brands.
How do I know which products are right for me?

Can Doctor Mi! products be used safely during pregnancy?
In general, the use of retinol or vitamin A-containing products is not recommended during pregnancy. The following products in our range do not contain retinol or vitamin A derivatives and are therefore also suitable for use during pregnancy: Mama Set (Mama Face and Baby Belly), Balancing Cleanser, Reviving Peel, Hydrate & Lift Serum, Protecting Cream, as well as our Super Hydra Ampoules and Face Mask. You should also avoid the Renewing Toner during pregnancy due to the salicylic acid it contains.
Are Doctor Mi! products hypoallergenic?
Yes, all products are hypoallergenic, meaning they do not contain any allergens.
Do Doctor Mi products contain fragrances?
All Doctor Mi products contain no artificial fragrances. Doctor Mi medical skincare works exclusively with natural fragrances, such as oils.
Does Doctor Mi! conduct animal testing?
No, we categorically exclude animal testing for all Doctor Mi products and ingredients, both now and in the future. We have consciously chosen not to register or sell our products in China, as animal testing for cosmetic products is legally required there.
Are Doctor Mi products comedogenic?
Some ingredients are suspected of clogging pores and thus worsening acne – these are called comedogenic. This term is derived from the technical term comedo (from the Latin com-edere: to consume, to eat up), which refers to blackheads. These, in turn, are caused by clogged sebaceous glands, which can also become inflamed and result in pimples.
Doctor Mi! medical skincare, however, was specifically designed to strengthen your own skin barrier and create a balanced, healthy complexion.
Do Doctor Mi! products contain an SPF?
Doctor Mi! skincare does not contain SPF. Since our primary focus is on high-potency, evidence-based ingredients, our products do not include SPF. To protect the skin from dangerous sun rays and prevent skin aging, we have developed our own sunscreen called Protecting Cream with an SPF of 50+. We recommend applying appropriate UV protection of SPF 50+ both in summer and winter.
Where can I find the list of ingredients contained in Doctor Mi?
You can find the exact list of all ingredients (= INCI: International Nomenclature Cosmetic Ingredients) for every Doctor Mi! product on the respective outer packaging or on our online shop on the corresponding product detail page.
How long are the products good for?
All Doctor Mi products should be used within approximately 6 months of opening. The quality of our products can only be guaranteed within this period after opening. Unopened, our products have an unlimited shelf life.
