• 1. The organizer of the contest is Doctor Mi! GmbH, Widenmayerstr. 31, 80538 Munich.
• 2. The opportunity to participate in the mentioned promotion ends on 02.11.2023 at 11:59 PM.
• 3. Only one participation per person is allowed.
• 4. Eligible to participate are persons residing in Germany, Austria, or Switzerland who have reached the age of 18.
• 5. Employees of Doctor Mi! GmbH and their relatives are excluded from participating in the contest.
• 6. Eligible to win are the persons who register via the following registration page from 06.10.2023 (01:00 AM) to 02.11.2023 (11:59 PM): https://doctormi.de/pages/newsletteranmeldung-social
• 7. The winners will be drawn at random from all participants and notified promptly via the contact details provided.
• 8. One winner will be drawn over the entire contest period. The prize includes 1x the Retinol Eye Cream EYE.
• 9. The prize is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged, and cannot be paid out in cash.
• 10. Doctor Mi! GmbH is entitled to make changes to the prize. In this case, the winner will receive a reasonable substitute prize.
• 11. Legal recourse is excluded.
• 12. Participation through sweepstakes clubs, automated services, or other service providers is not permitted.
• 13. Doctor Mi! GmbH reserves the right to exclude participants from the contest at any time without giving reasons if there is suspicion of manipulation. If the participant is already a drawn winner, the prize can be revoked afterwards; a prize that has already been delivered can be reclaimed.
